Explanation of credit report
I want to thank you for taking time to view my report and for considering my loan. As you will see in my report all of my statements are true. I have (with the exception of the boat and jeep) had no past due on any loans in the last 2 years (this is all the history they show) and the ones I did have late pay on had to do with the boat staying in that state because of the accident and my not knowing they where reporting it past due because of late fees. The loan shows past due $3,505.00 because it must be paid off as it has matured and the late fees really added up.
The jeep shows a few payments 30 days In the months I Had mechanical trouble with it and had to chose to fix it and work or pay the payment and then get behind. As you can see I am very careful to pay my loans on time including the credit cards I now have. IN fact as of this month they will go down to less then 50% used and will be paid off in 2 more months. I only got them to improve my credit score.
You can also see I was approved in December by chase auto finance for a new car loan as is stated in my thread. So no more mechanical troubles.
Also note I show a loan from a furniture rental place it has been paid off as of 2-9-07. If you have any questions please feel free to call me my number is in my signature or you can ask here I will be happy to answer any questions.

AMEX. This was an American express card some one took out in my name ( think it was my ex wife) it was a small amount so I agreed to pay it off for a reduced rate did not know at the time it would count against me. It should not be reported as a CO because it was paid. Account closed.
Arizona Public Service.... Utility company this bill went into default when I was out of work for 5 month it was paid.
DQ 1....Bank of America.... This is the boat as you can see it has been reporting late almost every month for the two years that show. It has because of late fees from my 5 month off work. I was told the late fees could be paid at the end of the loan so I never worried about them. The added up with late fees on late fees to the $3700.00 I need to pay the boat off and it is going up every week.
Capital one visa.... Credit card to build credit.... Paid on time ... credit limit $500.00.. high balance $289.00 balance now $195.00.... will be paid off in 2 more months.
Chase auto loan as you can see it was paid off in Feb 2006 it was showing late until 7 2004 this was when I got it caught up after the 5 month off work and it stayed current after that until paid off.
Chase credit card to build credit rating..... it is current and has been will be paid off in 2 months actual current balance is under $100.00
Chase auto loan new truck..... received Dec 2006.
Mervyn's credit card Not sure about this one as far as I know we no longer have Marvin's stores in Arizona. But as you can see it is current and was never late.
Great Am Sales & Rental... Credit account to help rebuild credit.... It was paid off Feb 9 2007
HSBC NV credit card to build credit rating.... High balance was $280.00 balance shows as $250.00 just paid down to $149.00 this month still not showing. Will be paid off in 2 months.
HSBC NV second credit card to build credit rating.... High balance was $285.00 balance shows as $148.00. Will be paid off in 2 months.
DQ 2.... Kenneth Eisen & Assoc. This is showing as DQ Cable bill sent to collections when I was out of work for 5 month from accident Just found out about it has been paid said it could take up to 3 months to show.
DQ 3....LVNV Funding... This is one of the DQ showing... Credit card ex wife had my name on this account is in dispute as it is not mine.
Mwards/Mwcc..... closed account department store that went out of business was current.
Onyx accep.... auto loan was always on time and was paid off in may 2001 payments where always made on time. Loan paid off early.
Triad Financial Corp...... All payments on time this is the car that was rolled in the accident. A ford explorer.
DQ 4 Now current .... will be paid off with prosper loan...Triad Financial Corp... this is the jeep as you can see it was paid on time most months the only time it was late was when it had major repairs needed example Aug Sep 2006 front and rear Axel's rebuilt $3800.00 dollars December 2006 Needed down payment for new truck $3000.00.... Transmission is now out $3,800.00 to fix so I bought the new truck.
DQ 5 disputed not mine...US COLECTIONS WEST This is one of the DQS showing.... Not sure what this is it is not mine it is in dispute and should be removed soon.
